Double room available in Peckham/Camberwell!

I have a spare room available from January 22nd in Peckham. It's about 3 minutes walk from Peckham Library, 10 from Peckham Rye station, and 10 from Camberwell Green.

Busses from outside the flat go towards Greenwich, Deptford & New Cross, as well as to Holborn, Central, Waterloo, Oval, Vauxhall & Elephant & Castle.

The flat also has a large gated car parking area.

The kitchen & bathroom were recently refurbished to a high standard, with brand new appliances in place including a dishwasher & washer/dryer.

The living room space has a TV, Playstation & soundsystem, with 2 Technics turntables.

If you can't stand electronic music this is probably not the flat for you!

I'm fairly laidback, all I ask is that you take care to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and of course pay your rent on time.

Ideally a short-term let is preferred, as I may have a friend coming in from March, however this is open for discussion and is not 100% happening.
