My name is Freya and I am a artist and musician, 25 years old, i'm looking for some nice professional/ creative people to live with for this next year.

Three of my housemates are moving off because of graduation and a change of plans in the wake of covid. it's an amazing house in a great location and I'm looking forward to a another year within its homely walls.
In this house it's generally a mix of communal eating and independent, Very relaxed. Tidy home, Students are welcome however big parties need to be planned, I live a wake up in the morning sleep at night schedule[I know radical]. Pets considered.

really can't go on about this enough but the cupboard space in this house is phenomenal, generous hallways. spacious social kitchen, and small communal living room-could be turned into a music space.

there is also another room, double size for 600pcm, ( the one with green curtains in the image) bills not included.
