Hello! I’ve got a bright, fully furnished ensuite double room with its own closet available in a clean, modern duplex in Peckham Place available on a short term basis only.

Downstairs you’ll find an open-plan kitchen and dining area (ideal for cooking, chatting, or sipping wine) a handy guest WC, and a laundry closet.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious lounge that opens onto a large terrace and communal garden — lovely spot for a morning coffee or a lazy Sunday read in the egg chair.

You’d be sharing with me, another housemate, a cat, a dog and her puppy— so being animal-friendly is a must.

I’m looking for a tidy, considerate, responsible adult who treats their home with respect.

This is a calm, welcoming home, think chilled evenings, while watching something questionably good on TV, occasional shared dinners or wine nights, and mutual respect for each other’s space.
