THE HOUSE
Renovated and spacious four floor Georgian home. Open plan living space, 4 bedrooms, on-road permit parking and a big private garden.

The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and comes with a Queen-size bed and mattress, plus built-in under-bed storage. There is a dresser and a wooden clothing rack left from a previous tenant; these can be removed if not needed. There is space in the hallway for furnishings too.

There is a large communal kitchen basement with a dining space and lounge with a comfy large sofa. Two additional communal toilets/bathrooms, one with bath and shower. The house has all new mod cons you would expect:

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be living with; Hanna, (35, she/her), Tessa, (31 she/her), and Dan (25, he/him) and a friendly miniature pinscher dog who is 3 years old called Pigeon. Hanna and Tessa are sisters, Dan's just Dan :)

We all work full time. Hanna and Tessa work remotely. We prefer the house to be kept very clean and tidy. We go out as a house occasionally to carboot sales, coffee shops, and dog walks with Pigeon.

We are all independent, very chilled, and respectful of each other (no dramas!); we would like someone to match that vibe. We all get on really well, but we are not a party house; we have our own separate social groups outside the house.
