We have a gorgeous double room available in our newly refurbished flat. The whole place is stunning, and all the bedrooms look fantastic and come fully furnished - with a good quality wardrobe, study desk, chairs, chest of drawers, etc.

We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet) all of which are good quality.

This flat is truly stunning, having just been redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard. All the bedrooms have been totally redecorated, with all new carpets and flooring throughout.

The flat has two lovely modern bathrooms. The kitchen is very spacious - equipped with all appliances needed. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, with Sainsbury Express located just five minutes from our door.

The flat is conveniently situated in Camberwell, which is between Peckham Rye and Burgess Park, with easy access to all three areas and its transport links.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst working or studying in London.

You would be sharing the flat with a British guy who’s a chef, and two girls, who are Greek and French, both doing post-graduate training here in London.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in, we would expect 3-weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £165 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in, you must pay a further £495 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £715, which is the first month’s rent in advance.
