Both social people who are chill and enjoy having the occasional drink together or watching a film, but lead their own lives. Looking for someone a similar age who has their own stuff going on and is clean and respectful.
We have a really nice room and a huge garden that gets lots of sun in the summer. The room is a good size and is unfurnished, ideal if you already have your own furniture.
