The flat is a 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye station and very close to the park, shops and pubs. You would be sharing the flat with two females Lil (32) and Tylar (33), both young professionals. Both social people who are chill and enjoy having the occasional drink together or watching a film, but lead their own lives. Looking for someone a similar age who has their own stuff going on and is clean and respectful.
We have a really nice room and a huge garden that gets lots of sun in the summer. The room is a good size and is unfurnished, ideal if you already have your own furniture.
The price is not including bills and a deposit payment is required. We will be doing viewings on Tues 17th and Weds 18th September. Please get in touch with any questions or if you’re interested and we’ll get back to you if you fit the bill x
P. s we also have a friendly cat visitor so this might not be the best option if you’re allergic
