Spacious double room available on the top floor of a four bedroom house. The room is nice a private and also has too lovely double glazed windows (so the light is great and is airy)
The house is large, with a large kitchen / living space area and a family bathroom shared only with 2 other tenants.

Other housemates are all creative professionals and are really friendly, they divide the bills up between the month so someone is in charge of a different bill. During the summer months especially not a lot is paid towards gas, but it never equals to too much anyway.

The ages of house mates are 26-27. They enjoy going out for drink and socialising etc.

There’s burgess park which is less than 5 minute walk away which is nice to walk around and there’s a high street of shops with has a Tesco which is about a 5 minute walk away. So perfect location.
