Fourth person needed for QTPOC Peckham house!

Hi everyone!

We recently in to a cosy home in Peckham and are looking for a fourth person to share with Farah (she/they), Bola (she/her), Moni (they/them) and their 10 yr old cat. We are all creative, queer POC aged between 27-31.

The room is a south facing, mid-sized double on the top floor, including a bed, desk/chair, built in wardrobe and large storage directly outside the room. The house has a living room, an eat-in kitchen leading out onto a paved garden (with a plum tree and grape vines!), a downstairs toilet and a full bathroom upstairs.

Rent: £600 exc. bills
Bills: We estimate will be between £70 to £90
Transport links:
Queens Road, Peckham (5 mins walk)
Peckham Rye (8 mins walk)
Lots of buses going into central London
Accessibility: all the bedrooms are up atleast one flight of stairs and the bathroom is on the top floor so I'm afraid it's not very accessible.

We are renting directly from the landlord, it used to be her family home. You will be added to the contract so need to be able to pass a credit/reference check or have a UK guarantor. If you're a student we'd also ask that you contribute to council tax as we are all professionals.

The landlord is happy for us to paint and make the home our own.

We are looking for housemates that are creative, anti-racist, COVID conscious and LGBTQ+ friendly. We'd prefer to live with women, femmes, trans/ non-binary / people of a similar age range.
