Peckham High Street and the Rye Park are a short 10 minute walk away, as is Nunhead which offers a lovely local butchers, greengrocers & bakery.
Housemates are three mature and social guys (Tom, Ben & Dan) who have been living here for the last 2 years. We are all working professionals (marketing & tech recruitment) who enjoy live music, going to the gym, and going to the pub (plus equally enjoy netflix binge watching on the weekends as recovery when needed!).
We are looking for a housemate who has their own life in London but is also happy to socialise with us - not just passing like ships in the night! :)
