Seeking roommate for a lovely and spacious flat!

I am moving out of my lovely room in an amazing flat share (more of a maisonette) in early November and require another tenant to replace me.

It is a modern, clean and spacious flat with plenty of space for working from home or relaxing! This includes a large kitchen/diner, a living room, two bathrooms and an amazing, spacious balcony overlooking South London.

The current two tenants are professionals who work in the TV industry and are very very friendly! They also understand the need for privacy if required!

The bedroom for rent is a good size, clean and comes with a wardrobe and a double bed with the mattress (I can throw in my dresser too!)

All bills are included except for Council Tax and broadband.
