Double room between Bermondsey and Peckham

Hello 👋 we have a double bedroom off the old kent road, sharing with 2 others in a 3 bedroom flat, with a large living room and modern kitchen (with a dishwasher).

The bills are £150, this includes council tax, fiberoptic internet, water, gas and electricity. We do cleaning on a rota (1 person cleans each week), but happy to discuss other arrangements.

About the room:
A double room with a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a double bed. Please note, the current desk and chair will not be included, but we may be able to put a small desk there (subject to availability).

About the flatmates:
Courtney is studying osteopathy part-time and works part-time as a masseuse and at a climbing wall.

Surina is a bubbly account manager who works from home most of the time.

Anita - I co-own the flat with Courtney, but I am moving away hence the room being available. For the viewing, you'll meet myself, plus one or both of the flatmates.

We are a friendly household and occasionally have dinners together.

What we're looking for in a new flatmate:
- clean
- queer-friendly
- 1 individual only, our lease only allows 3 people. However we can discuss if a partner wants to stay over on occasion.

Please note, there's some flexibility around the move-in date, so happy to discuss.

About the flat:
We have a new boiler and a dishwasher. The living room gets plenty of light and is south-facing which is great for sun-bathing.

About the area:
We live next to the Old Kent road. It is a developing area and very well connected with buses and walking distance to restaurants and venues in Peckham (15 min walk), Bermondsey station (25 min walk), Queens Road Peckham Overground (17 mins walk), Elephant and Castle (14 min bus) and London Bridge (20 min bus).

15 minutes walk to Burgess Park.
