Large Room- Gated Complex- Bill Included

The room to rent (including bills) is a spacious double with a triple wardrobe and a King size bed.

The apartment is a 3 bed but the 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed and home office so you will just be sharing the space with me :)

You would have sole use of the main bathroom for the majority of the time. From time to time I like to have a bath and if I have visitors they may also need to use the main bathroom (I will always let you know in advance).

There are two large private patios and a communal garden in the complex and the complex is gated.

The complex is off the main road and is therefore quiet but is still only a 6 minute walk from Queens Road Station Peckham and about a 10-12 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station.

The apartment is quipped with:

-dishwasher
-washing machine

The bills that are included:
-Council tax
-electricity
-broadband
-heating

I have a parking space that I can rent for an additional £90 a month if you need it.

I am in my late 30's and I enjoy life in balance; I love to socialise and travel but I equally enjoy my quiet haven. It would be lovely to have a housemate who is equally sociable, enjoys a chat and dinner/drinks together but is respectful of my home.

The apartment would suit you best if you like a clean and tidy home that is free from clutter.
