Double room available in house in Peckham

The house is a three double bed Victorian terrace. It’s about a 7-8 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham and just over a 10 minute walk to Peckham Rye station. The bus station is minutes away which is very handy.

The house has a large living room and dining space. We have a newly refurbished kitchen at the back with a downstairs toilet. The bathroom is upstairs. The house comes fully furnished, but the room is sadly unfurnished, however there is lots of opportunity to get furniture for cheap locally such as beds/desks if you need them.

The total price of the room + bills is £950 per month. Sometimes it may be a bit less in the warmer months, other times in the winter it might be a bit more because of the heating bills.

As housemates, our names are Alex and Karen. We get along and would love a housemate we can hang out after work and go for a beer or two. We're both pretty sociable people, so we're not in every evening, but we do love an occasional evening on the sofa watching films. We've very relaxed and easy going and we're looking for people who are similar to join our house.
