Looking for 1 year+ rental period.

A house of old friends (12 years +) two boys and one girl, friendly and clean environment. All Aged 26. Social within the house but NOT looking for party people. Working in variety of jobs from digital marketing, creative direction and business/sales.

Really looking to make a new friend in our new housemate. As we are all such good friends we are looking for that missing piece of the puzzle now our other friend moved out. Happy to welcome a girl or boy but someone who is up for a laugh and social but respectful within the house.

We definitely aren’t looking for party/loud people (been there done that) we are all up for a good time but have serious (ish) jobs so there is a time and a place for it, therefore looking for likeminded people in this sense.
