Hey all,

I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my lovely Peckham flat from early next year.

The flat is a bright, modern 2 bed with an open plan kitchen/living area, loads of natural light and all the usual mod cons (including a dishwasher). It’s genuinely a great space to come home to.

Location:
Right in the middle of Peckham, a few steps from Rye Lane and a 7 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station (direct to London Bridge/Victoria).
Bellenden Road is 5 minutes away, Lordship Lane/East Dulwich about 15 minutes.
Tons of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops all around, plus Peckham Rye Park nearby.

The Room:
The bedroom comes with a large wardrobe and is otherwise unfurnished so you can set it up however you like.
It fits a double bed plus either a desk or a cosy seating/storage nook, both layouts shown in the photos.

About the flat / me:
I’m 42 and work in advertising. I WFH 2–3 days a week (I have my own desk in my room so I don’t take up the shared space).
I’m social and like going out, but I also really value a calm, peaceful home. Not a party flat, although I love a glass of wine/chat whilst being respectful of people’s space.
The flat is kept tidy, and would like to keep that vibe- just standard considerate living.

Ideally looking for someone 30+, friendly, respectful, and happy to keep the home feeling relaxed and comfortable.

Rent: £990 / month
Bills: currently around £170
Deposit: £1,142 (standard 5-week deposit)

Flexible move-in for the right person.
