Studio flat for rent!

I’m an accidental landlord, I used to live in this flat. However 5 years ago temporarily moved away and for various reasons never made it back to Peckham. :(

My current Tennant of 1.5 year is moving out. We are looking for someone to move in from the beginning of December 2024

The flat is relatively compact with everything you need in it, washing machine, large shower, fridge freezer ect…. The flat is on the 3rd floor, no lift. But a nice wide, solid staircase.

Bills:
The heating and hot water is communal in the block and is covered by the ground rent paid myself. So you don’t have to pay that.
You will need to pay council tax, (Around £88 per month), water & electricity.

This was my home, maybe one day it will be again. I would expect you to treat it that way. I take one months rent as the deposit, it’s held in the approved scheme.

The flat is on a major bus route and cycle track. Super convenient for getting into town. Around a 20min walk to Peckham rye or 30min cycle to Farringdon.

Looking to hold viewings ASAP. Please get in contact if you are serious about move in. Ideally for 12 months, but I could do 6 month contract if you prefer, nothing shorter.
