The room is located next to Burgess Park, it is a 20 minute walk to Peckham Rye tube station, a 15 minute bus ride to Elephant and Castle. The area is safe, a lot of family’s. The flat is also walking distance to Tesco and Pure Gym.

The apartment comprises a living room, a kitchen 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. Bedroom includes double-sized beds and storage. There are two bathrooms in the house in total, each with a toilet and a shower, and a bathtub in one of them.
