A good sized furnished double room with an en-suite in a lovely flat in central Peckham is available from the 15th September. The flat is in a very safe and quiet gated complex and is just a short walk into Peckham where there are loads of great pubs and restaurants, the Rye, shops – basically anything you might need! Queens Road station is less than 10 minutes walk away, Peckham Rye station is less than 15 minutes walk away, and you are just 1 minute walk from a very well connected bus network.

Rent is £1480 per month, and that includes all bills (including Super Fast 150mbps fibre internet, council tax, electricity and heating).

You’ll be living with me, a 31 year old working in PR. I’ve been in the flat for just over two years and really love it here. I’m normally pretty equally out and about and in during both the week and the weekends so would be great to have someone who is up for chilling out at home or going for a drink every now and then, but who also has their own thing going on too. Also want someone who will keep the flat clean and tidy and feeling like a home. I generally am in the office everyday at the moment with the odd WFH day.

My interests include going to the theatre/gigs/exhibitions, going for dinner/drinks, running and generally enjoying London.
