Me:
I'm a guy, 34, work in TV, and work from home 1 or 2 days a week. I socialise a fair amount but not in the flat, and also spend time at my girlfriend's. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, considerate and easy to live with. I spend time watching tv & film, listening to music / podcasts, reading the news, playing sport, running and also write scripts.

I own the flat with a friend, who you'd be paying rent to.

Looking for:
Someone who's friendly, clean / tidy in shared space is a must, socialises out of the flat, no pets plz.

We are in the process of selling the flat, so I'd need someone who is happy to make their room presentable for viewings etc

4 Months to start, with extension possible
