Gorgeous Light Filled Room in Peckham/Bermondsey

Hellooo we have a room going in our Peckham/Bermondsey house, on Old Kent Road. The location has been great - there's a bus stop literally at our door and it's a 10 min walk to Queens Road Peckham station.

The room itself is gorgeous and bright with two large windows, a high ceiling and lots of storage space in 3 large mirror cupboards. It comes fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, mattress and chest of drawers).

The house is also full of natural light (which is what we love the most) and has a large outdoor terrace which we love for drinks or brunch/dinner outside. Both rooms are on the same level with a modern shared bathroom and then there's an open kitchen/living space up the top where we often relax with music on, enjoying a cute sunset view.

You will be sharing the house with myself and my partner, Jacob who have moved over from Australia and been living here for over a year now. We are a very social couple who love the outdoors, sports and music and are often out and about as a result. Would love to have someone join the house who would also like to be part of this and do things together :)

Jacob is a landscaper and I work in Product Management (WFH 2 days a week). So ideally, we're looking for someone who does not WFH full time.
Rent is £825 pcm excluding bills. Council Tax band C.
