Large House in Peckham

Hey! We're three 25-28 year olds (two boys and one girl) looking for someone to fill the fourth room in our house in Peckham from 5th October.

The house is huge with a massive living room with a desk and bike storage, kitchen and separate dining room, big garden and two bathrooms.

The house is on a quiet street and a 5 minute walk to East Dulwich station and 10 minutes to Peckham Rye station. We’re really close to Lordship Lane and Bellenden Road, where there’s lots of nice pubs and restaurants, and a short walk to Peckham High Street.

The room is really large with plenty of space for a desk, double bed and big bay windows. It also has two built in wardrobes, so loads of storage space. It’s available at £1120 before bills.

We all met through spare room but have become mates and try to do things together when we can. Up for pub trips, exploring peckham, going to dulwich hamlet games, nights out, or tv/dinners/bbqs at home. We all have busy lives, so looking for someone who has friends in London but wants to get involved with house as well.
