I’m Colette, and I’m looking for someone to take over a room in our 2 bed apartment in Peckham. I currently live with my partner, Baby, and we have pet rats! 🐀
We are really wanting someone clean and respectful of shared spaces, and we want someone reliable when paying rent and sharing costs of bills.
Bills would be around £100 roughly (but sometimes less) on top of the existing rent.
We are looking for someone to live here for around 2 years- this is optional, but we would rather have someone long term. We are a queer couple, so we ideally would be looking for a queer femme/ non-binary person.
The room is unfurnished so will need to purchase own furnishings.
It’s a beautiful flat in an old school building, so it’s super unique and just lovely all round!
