House has a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen, garden with a fig tree in it (lots of figs in the summer) and comfy living room with sofa and large flat screen tv. 2 toilets + bath and shower as well as washing machine & tumble dryer. All the living areas are shared. Room has a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail.

4 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham station and 10 mins to Nunhead & Peckham Rye with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby as well as Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.

Would suit a clean, sociable and easygoing person in their late 20’s / early 30’s. Current housemates enjoy going to gigs, the pub, cinema and eating out, as well as chilled nights in so we’re looking for someone who’s interested in joining in on those.
