3rd Housemate wanted for double room in Peckham

Hi!

We are looking for a young professional to fill a room in our 3-bed house in Peckham as our other housemate is moving out.

The room has two double windows, with loads of natural light and faces our private garden; and is partly furnished with a bed and mattress, with the option of a wardrobe. The rest of the house is spacious, has a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a garage for storage.

The house is in a great location, not far from Rye Lane as well as Camberwell and is a 20 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham and 10 minutes from Peckham Rye train stations. It's also really easy to get into central London by bus, train or cycling.

We are ideally looking for someone to move in from the start of January (1st week) until end September. Rent is £892 excluding bills (gas, electric, water, council tax and wifi). You'll be living with one boy (28) and one girl (24), both very easy-going, working in London. We are ideally looking for someone who is likeminded, so drop us a message and we can go for a pint and talk things through.
