Short term - Lovely Peckham Flat

My brother is spending a few months abroad, and I will be away during school holidays, so looking for either someone to take the whole flat from around late July to end of August (roughly 1 month) or someone to take his room from around late July to early Octobter (roughly 2.5 months).

I'm (hopefully) finishing my PhD so spend most of the time working from home. I like to cook (vegan) and enjoy a friendly chat (extra points if into climbing). The flat is in a quiet cul de sac between two little parks. Our day to day is really chill. The Peckham Leisure Centre and large supermarkets are nearby.

Preference for vegan/vegetarian. Whole flat would be £1900/mo and the small room £850/mo. Amounts are negotiable and include bills, except for electricity. If you're interested, send me a message with a little bit about yourself and what are you looking for :)
