A very spacious factory conversion in the heart of Peckham. On a mews like street so exceptionally quiet. 30 seconds from the Rye and 2 min from Bellenden road.

I am looking for a caring couple (preferable) or individual to move in. I am away most of the time, so the whole place will be predominantly yours.

I welcome pets with open arms.

The bedroom itself has a mezzanine which gives plenty of space to relax and work. And your own private bathroom.

The living room has enormous sofas, a dining table, a bar and well stocked kitchen. Also a unique collection of art/ pieces i have sourced through my life and travels.

There are direct bus links to all major rail stations. Peckham Rye train station (3 min walk) links directly to clapham, london bridge, islington, london victoria and more.

This side of Peckham is full of endless cafe’s, notorious restaurants, art, bars, gyms, green spaces, independent shops and groceries. Also, an excellent night life.

To note:

I am essentially offering the whole apartment (with use of the second bedroom for guests) with a caveat that i will stay occasionally. I work abroad so will stay when in UK.

The place has gated parking.
