Hi, My name is Andy, I live part time at my flat and travel a great deal with work so need a trustworthy housemate. The room has a small double bed (brand new) a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. It is located at the rear of the property and generally quiet. The flat has all of the usual stuff; washing machine, tumble dryer etc.. the kitchen is also equipped with all of the basics. I only have one bathroom so no en-suite I’m afraid! As for bills, as I am not at the flat very often I will cover water, broadband and part of the gas/ electric. I only have freeview on the TV. The council tax will be covered as part of rent.
