4 fantastic folk + fabulous cat seek fifth element

It’s a cute Victorian house with wooden floorboards and a patio garden which is in use a lot in summer. Has all the usual amenities you might enjoy, such things as: a kitchen, a pastel bathroom, an assortment of fine hats, a talkative cat, running water, electricity and internet. It’s a bit rough round the edges and because of the design/orientation it’s not the lightest or brightest house… but it's snug and we like it and have been here quite a while. There’s also a small lounge.

The room is a small double and comes with a clothes rail.

The house is in North Peckham (Same side as the library)
Peckham Rye & Queens road Peckham are both a 10-15 minute walk away.
Lots of buses going in all sorts of directions taking you to lots of locations all around London.

About us:

We are aged 32-35 and looking for someone 30+
We work in the (dark) arts, charity/social work, gardening and tech.
We are a mixed gender household + a communist cat named Red Justice.
We are a BIPOC & Queer friendly household.
No couples unfortunately just as there isn’t the space.
Probably not suited to someone who needs things super clean and organised as this house just doesn’t really allow for it.

We all live lovely independent lives of each other, but are also there for Long chats, Movies, Walks, Dinners and Brunches in the garden should the occasion arise.

Monies & Admin:
Room is £460 per month plus bills. Bills are currently coming in at around £100 each per month - which is including: council tax, water, gas, electric, internet and things like toilet roll.

Move in Date:
18th October.
