✅The room and price are available for full time lodger. I’m open to discussing short-term stay and Mon-Fri option only at a reduced rate. The cost includes bills.

✅ The move in date is flexible (room available mid-Oct) and we can discuss best option to suit us both!

✅Double room in a two-bedroom maisonette flat with personal access to balcony and sole use of main bathroom as I have an en-suite in my room. In the flat, you would also have access to communal garden, living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and private terrace.

✅I am a live-in landlord with my dog (Gelert) so animal friendly is a must 😊

✅ 3 min walk to Queens Road Peckham. Bus stop outside flat that takes you directly to London bridge, Elephant and Castle, Central and East London.

✅ Zone 2. 10-15 mins walk to Peckham Rye/Nunhead stations. 20 mins walk to New Cross Gate.

✅ Property includes communal garden, living room, kitchen, private terrace, and balcony. The room gets lots of light. It has a double bed and is furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of draws, an armchair and shelving to help you feel like this is a home from home.

✅ Suitable for professionals.

✅The price of the room includes bills (Council tax band D).

✅Sainsburys (1min walk), Tesco, Lidl, pharmacy, high-street shops, post office, cinema, bars/pubs, hairdresser/barbers, large parks, gym, library, etc. less than 10 mins away.
