✅Double room in a two-bedroom maisonette flat with personal access to balcony and sole use of main bathroom as I have an en-suite in my room. In the flat, you would also have access to communal garden, living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and private terrace. More photos available upon request - Spareroom has a limit.

✅I am a live-in landlord (hosted since June 2024) with my dog (Gelert) so animal friendly is a must 😊

✅ 3 min walk to Queens Road Peckham. Bus stop outside flat that takes you directly to London bridge, Elephant and Castle, Central and East London.

✅ Zone 2. 10-15 mins walk to Peckham Rye/Nunhead stations. 20 mins walk to New Cross Gate.
