Hey, we're looking for a flatmate to occupy a studio in our 6 bed house in Peckham. The studio comes furnished and with its own ensuite and kitchen. It's well-lit and nicely done up. The flat also has a large kitchen/living area where we all hang out, as well as a patio garden.
Just outside is a bus stop where you can easily get the 63 to either Peckham, Elephant and Castle or King's Cross. We also live very close to a Tesco, Asda and Lidl.
All of us current tenants are students at UAL and are looking for a friendly flatmate to live with us:)
