En-Suite Double Room in spacious Peckham flat

I am looking for someone to fill a room in our spacious flat in Peckham from the beginning of July.

The room/flat
The room is a comfortable double with an en suite, and comes with a bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. We have a spacious open plan living room/kitchen and the flat is split over 2 floors so there is ample storage space as well. Included in the monthly rent are all bills including Sky broadband and TV.

Transport
The flat has good transport links, a 10-12 minute walk to Peckham Rye which is not only on the overground but has great links to Victoria, Blackfriars and London Bridge and a bus stop almost directly outside with regular buses to Elephant & Castle and Kings Cross.

The area
The flat is located just south of Burgess Park and a 10 minute walk to Rye Lane (the heart of Peckham) which is a bustling hive of activity with plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs. Including 4 rooftop bars and the cheapest cinema in London!

Me
I am a 38 year old TV producer who enjoys a good trip down the pub, film, music, sport, fashion etc. I am pretty easy going, very clean/tidy and enjoy's socialising as well as my own space.

You
A similarly aged professional who is easy going and also likes to keep the place a clean and tidy space to live in. Similar interests preferred but not essential.

Bonus
I am looking to buy later this year/early next year so the larger upstairs room would become available in the not too distant future.
