4 person social house looking for 5th

We're Chloe, Edd, Matt and Pedro, friends living in a big house in Peckham. Sadly our friend and housemate is leaving, so we're looking to fill the space with a new person who is looking for a social environment, more than just housemates. Creative, outgoing & adventurous, we love a wide range of activities, including:

We have a home with a welcoming vibe where everyone contributes to the house spirit. We'd love to have communal dinners (veggie 🥦), house parties 🥳🐴👽 and regular hangouts 📽️🍿🎲! Queer friendly.

There is a large communal living room, a large kitchen/dining room, and a garden, as well as 2 bathrooms.

The room can come furnished for £150 to leave what is currently there.

Also we have a beautiful and cuddly cat!
