Hi, I'm moving out of this nice room for job relocation; it is a very convenient location with an overground line within 6 6-minute walk to Queens Road Peckham, 3 minute walk to Sainsbury to many other pubs and cafes.

Living with 3 lovely young professionals. 2 Male and one Female, all in their mid-20s.

The room has a double bed and mattress, a double wardrobe, and plenty of space to set up your area; the desk and chair are mine. They will be gone as I move out. Special call out the size of the bedroom is really big.

The property comprises:

- living area
- one communal bathroom and extra WC between 3, because one of the room is en-suite (not yours)
