Double room in spacious friendly flat with terrace

Hey hey!

Our currently flatmate is leaving to move out at the end our tenancy in July so we’re looking for someone to come and fill his spot!

The flat is a really spacious three bed, with an open plan kitchen, living dining and a big terrace with a shared bathroom between 2. We’re in the new build flats on Queens Road so it’s a quick 5mins to Queens Road Peckham which has the overground and a direct 10min train into London Bridge.

You’ll be living with 2 mates, Oli who works in architecture and Paul who is currently working over in America for doc martens over the summer hopefully back in late August/September time.

We’re both really chilled, hang out most evenings watching anything from football to MAFS. Ideally looking for someone similar with the same interests and to sign onto the contract for the next 12months.

The room comes unfurnished with the rent being around £800 with bills approx £150 on top. Our current contract ends 22nd July so looking for someone to come in for then!
