I will be your housemate... I am a 40 year old male (although I feel much closer to 30!) who works from home as a software developer. A bit of a tech geek but also with social skills, I keep myself to myself a bit at home but am also often up for meeting people for a beer, watching some football, or going out and exploring London on foot.
The room is available because my housemate of 3 years (and good friend of 25 years) is moving to Thailand and I love this flat so much I would prefer to keep living here.
It's probably not the cheapest place you can find, but it might just be the best!
