I am sadly moving out of my lovely house in Queens Road Peckham/Nunhead in order to move in with my partner. Super convenient location about 5 minutes from either station and a short walk to Peckham Rye/New Cross (10 minutes). We are close to Skehan’s, Nunhead Cemetery and Telegraph hill as well as lots of lovely cafe's and all the action on Rye Lane/Copeland Park.

The house is an end of terrace on a quiet and residential road. The bedroom is large, with two windows bringing in lots of lovely natural light throughout the day. I work from home and there is plenty of room for a desk set up. The room is offered unfurnished. Two bathrooms (one toilet with a bathtub) another with a shower. Huge living room covered in all of our plants! We have an outdoor patio we could easily be done up for anyone interested.

Rent is 816pcm bills not included.
Bills (council tax, water, energy & internet) come in at around £120 a month on top of this.

The tenancy ends in August 2025 so rent will remain this price until then, with the possibility of continuing the tenancy beyond this date. You will be sharing with two other people (Huan, 36 who works in the charity sector and Talie, 31 who works in TV) - the house is a friendly, calm space, you will be living with two warm housemates who like to socialise, share some meals together but also respect each others personal space. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household :)

The Process:
Initial viewings of the room will be held between 12th June - 18th June, followed by a secondary viewing for potential housemates to meet the existing housemates. After a decision has been made the new housemate has to go through referencing managed by our estate agents.
