Friendly Peckham Houseshare ☀️

We’re looking for a new housemate to move in to our friendly 4 bed house share in Peckham.

The room is a spacious double on the ground floor that gets plenty of light.

The room is technically unfurnished, but the previous tenant is selling her bed and drawers. Room also comes with a clothes rail.

The house has a large kitchen/ dining room (including dishwasher) that overlooks the garden and a separate lounge at the front of the house. There’s a large bathroom upstairs plus a small downstairs toilet.
We also have a big garden at the back of the house which is really lovely, we’ve had some great BBQs and dinners on the big long table outside.

Housemates: 2 girls and 1 guy living here, we all lead busy social lives and do our own things with friends/work etc, but also love to get together as a house and cook dinner/watch TV. We are social and love a pub trip and going to festivals/events together etc, so someone to fit that vibe would be great.

Queer friendly. No students, couples or pets (sorry!)

The room is available from 16th August (potentially earlier depending on availability) pending reference checks. Rent is £915 a month + bills. Bills are roughly £115 a month which covers council tax, gas & electric, wifi and water.

Amazing location in a lovely quiet street just off Bellenden road. 10 minute walk to Peckham Rye and East Dulwich Station. Lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs, rooftops right on our doorstep and Peckham Rye Park is a short walk away. You can get a parking permit for the street outside if you have a car.
