Hi, I'm Soph. I am an art student going into my third year of uni in September. My current flatmates are moving out as they have now graduated. I am hoping to stay in the flat for another year. My friend and course mate Roxy (they/them) will be moving into the flat as well, leaving one room free.
We are both 21 and study fine art drawing at UAL Camberwell. We are extremely friendly and welcoming. The flat isn't massive but has served me well this past year. The room comes furnished with the double/queen bed, wardrobe and draws. The flat has a large bathroom with a nice bath. The kitchen has both a table and sofa. The flat building also has a storage room where you can store bikes.
Bill's aren't included but have been reasonable this past year, can go into further detail if asked.
