Our contract ends on 19th of August and everyone except me is moving out, So Im looking for 3 new people to move in so we can sign a new contract.

Rooms are big and furnished, honestly couldnt find anything similar for 650£ so I really want to stay at this place.
3rd room doesnt have pictures yet but its very similar.

Rent is 650£ + Bills (Council tax, water, gas, WiFi)

Only thing is you have to pass the 'Reference forms' with the agency
