WeI are looking for a house mate come September. We live in Peckham/Nunhead 5 min walk from queens road peckham (8 min train to LB).
Quick overview of us: Both professionals, I work in asset management and my girlfriend is in film making. I am in the office 4 days per week and Lizzy is mostly WFH unless on set. I like a cycle and relax and Elizabeth loves her crafting and gardening (Dhalia's and sweat peas are popping off).
House overview:
3 bed victorian terrace, 1 bath room. Large living room, large kitchen, great garden (courtesy of Elizabeth). Double room up for grabs. It is our home so house is fully kitted out, but room would be up to you and of course we want everyone to feel equally at home !
We enjoy cooking and hanging out with our housemate but equally like our own space from time to time, so looking for someone like minded.
