Are you looking for a smart and comfortable short-term base in London (Zone 2) for four months over the Winter months?

I am the owner occupier of a gorgeous clean, bright flat in Peckham, spread over the top two floors of a converted old Victorian terrace in a lovely, quiet residential street. I am due to be away in the USA over the winter months and am looking to do a short term let of the whole property to someone who would enjoy it and take care of it while I am away.

The flat consists of a large double loft bedroom and adjacent shower room on the top floor. On the floor below there is an open plan living kitchen area, a bathroom and smaller spare room/study. The flat has its own front door accessed via a hallway/staircase shared with two flats below.

This would suit an individual or quiet professional couple who need somewhere clean and safe to stay for a short period in the wonderfully eclectic and cool neighbourhood that is Peckham. The flat is clean, well maintained, fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom with access to all SKY channels and more. All bills are included although residential parking is via permit which would need to be organised at an additional cost if required.

Peckham is a cool arty neighbourhood in South London. The property is a ten-minute walk to Peckham Rye train station and the various roof top bars and local pubs and restaurants of Peckham Rye and Bellenden Road. The local bus stop is a five mins walk, where you can catch buses to Westminster and Waterloo in just 30 minutes. Peckham Rye station provides direct train links to London Bridge (10 mins), Blackfriars (10 mins, St Pancras (20 mins), Clapham Junction (15 mins), Canada Water (10mins) and Shoreditch (15 mins). The nearest tube station is Oval (15 min bus ride).
