Move in dates: 4th – 11th August (depends on your availability)

One double room available in a beautiful 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Peckham, just off Bellenden Road on Choumert Road. You’ll be living with us – two fun, professional (i. e., non-students) housemates – Norah (32) and Naomi (27). We both work hybrid roles, so we are either working in central or wfh. We like films, cooking, yoga, gym, wine and nature adventures!

The flat is spread across 2/3 floors and is designed by local architects Knox Bhavan. It has a stunning split-level, open plan shared kitchen and dining room, and living room area. And – big bonus – a cute balcony and lots of skylights that flood the space with natural light.

The double bedroom has big built-in wardrobes, and the room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and bed frame that has storage drawers underneath.

The flat is nestled between some beautiful local pubs – The Montpelier and The Victoria, and is only a few minutes walk from lots of cute bars a restaurants – The Sourcing Table, Artusi, Made of Dough, Forza Wine, Levan, Franks and Yadas (just to name a few!). Alongside this, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful shops and a short walk away from many more amazing SE London spots – Peckham Rye park, Lordship Lane (East Dulwich), Nunhead and Telegraph Hill.
It’s about a 7-minute walk to Peckham Rye Station, which has the Overground for quick access to East London/ Clapham, and various other easy train lines (10 mins to London Bridge and 14 mins to Victoria). Permit parking is available along all nearby streets.

N. B. The landlord’s will require 3 months payslips for proof of income/ proof of employment and a reference, and they’ve also asked for an intro call once the third flatmate has been decided. They are family friends of the flatmate who is moving out, so it’ll be very informal.
