Spacious Double bedroom in a Peckham house share!

Hi there!
We have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house, within a 5 minute walk of the bus stop or a 20 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station.

We’ve lived here for 18 months but my housemate is moving in with his girlfriend so we are looking for someone to replace him who is in their twenties who likes socialising and ideally has an active lifestyle.

We're all very friendly and sociable people who want a flatmate who shares that quality Ideally you'll be a conscientious person who keeps on top of tidying the house and wants to live in a clean and tidy environment. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with myself and Charlie. We're three very easy going guys who like socialising, going to the gym, exploring London, going out, sports and pub quizzes amongst other things. We all work in full time office jobs and WFH 2/3 days a week.

I (Dan) am 26 and from Manchester. I work as a data analyst at a sports Marketing agency & work from home usually 2/3 days a week. Huge fan of a lot of sports and a Manchester City fan (sorry). Myself and Charlie met at Camp America in upstate New York back in 2017 where we taught tennis together.

Charlie is 26 too from London and works as an accountant. He’s really into his Tennis and plays regularly. He also likes gaming and plays Dota.

Kirill is also 26 and from London. He works as a software engineer for an insurance company. He’s a massive F1 fan and is also into his video games. Charlie and Kirrill know each other from high school and have been friends since.

- Rent is £837.50 p/m and bills are normally around £150 p/m.
- Deposit is £750 & £25 name change fee
- Street Parking available (with permit)
- 5 minute walk from bus stops
- Living room with TV
- Washing Machine
- Wardrobe, Bed frame & mattress included in room
- Need to be a tidy individual as we don’t have a cleaner.
- Preferably not a gamer (I’m outnumbered😂)
- No Students, Smokers, Drug users or Pets.
