Flatmate wanted for 4-bedroom flat in Peckham

Hi everyone, I’m sadly leaving this wonderful house share and looking for a replacement to fill my spot. The flat is located in North Peckham (5 minutes from Peckham library), it’s a 4-bedroom flat across two floors with a shared living room /kitchen which might be small but we have a garden incl. BBQ which is free to use!

You’d take over the biggest room in the flat, it easily fits a bed, wardrobe, additional chest of drawers, and a desk in there. I will be taking some bits with me (desk, room divider), but the bed and wardrobe are provided by the landlord and will stay. Happy to leave the second chest of drawer with you for a small fee.

Our flatshare consists out of Eva (27, Italian), Leah (23, Northern Irish), and Tom (25, Northern Irish). We occasionally have a meal together or go for drinks but also respect each other’s privacy. The landlord is super chilled and we started renting the flat in 2023, fully renovated.

The boring bits:

- rent is £850 per month
- bills are roughly around £100 and paid at the beginning of the month
- 3 minutes from the closest bus stop
- 10/15 minutes to Peckham Rye / Queens Road Peckham Overground (depending how quick you walk!)
- 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 additional toilet
- no dishwasher, but we have our own laundry machine!

We want:

- someone who keeps our home tidy & clean
-doesn’t mind socialising/sharing a meal or a bbq every now and then
- doesn’t mind mixed working hours (one of us works in hospitality and sometimes comes home late)
