Room to Rent in Maxted Road houseshare

Room available in house share on Maxted Road. The room is located on the second floor and reasonably sized. The house has a large living room area, a back garden, decent sized kitchen, and three floors.

The location is very close to a number of shops and restaurants and five minutes from Peckham high street. It's just round the corner from Peckham Rye station.

You'll be moving in with three other people. The house is pretty laid back. We all work and have active social lives but do like to hang out as a house sometimes. We'll go for a drink and cook together on occasion. We have the odd party but in general it's relatively quiet during the week. Two of us are musicians so there are various instruments dotted about, but we practice away from the house.

We also have a cat living here so maybe not ideal for those with allergies.
The room is available from August 17th but we're looking to have it occupied by September 1st.

We're all working in the day so viewings will be available on weekday evenings and weekends. Message me if you're interested.
