Double room in shared house by Peckham Rye station

Hello! We are looking for someone relaxed and sociable to join us in our Victorian houseshare in central Peckham. The location is super convenient: less than 5 mins walk to Peckham Rye station.

The house is on Bellenden Road, which has great pubs and restaurants. We have a park on our doorstep (Warwick Gardens), Lidl just down the road, and free parking on many of the nearby streets. We're well connected transport-wise, with overground/national rail, cycle routes, and buses.

The house is spread over two floors, with a big kitchen/dining room leading out to the garden. We have a house budget included in the rent to spend on all the necessities including a cleaner who comes once a week.

We're a friendly and tight-knit household. Professionals with quite busy lives, but still enjoy hanging out together, going on occasional nights out etc. There has been a long succession of friends/friends of friends living in the house for several years, so you'll probably end up meeting previous housemates from time to time!

The room on offer is a double on the ground floor, furnished and ready to go, with French doors that open into the garden.

We are ideally looking for a woman (to balance the house), relaxed and fun, has their own thing going on but is also up for hanging out with the rest of the house as and when.

We're keen to fill the room ASAP as the tenancy is renewing at the start of September.
