Cozy Room in Peckham House

Hi there!

We’re offering a cozy, fully furnished spare room in our two-story terraced house in Peckham. The room is on the ground floor and comes with a comfy double bed (brand new mattress), a desk, chest of drawers, and a clothes rail. The rent includes all bills and wifi.

The ground floor also has a shared living/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs is our bedroom and home office. We also have a large garden at the back, complete with a hammock and dining tables—perfect for relaxing in the evening sun.

You’ll be living with us: We’re Saxon and Amanda, a couple of graphic designers (Saxon from Australia, Amanda from Sweden). Amanda works from home three days a week, while Saxon heads to the office daily. We also have a very cute cat named Luka, so being cat-friendly is a must! We like to chill out at home and enjoy cooking, movies, pub outings, and going to museums and art galleries.

We’re looking for someone like-minded who’s social and friendly— someone we can have the occasional movie night or trip to the pub with. Ideally, you don’t work from home every day and go to the office at least a couple of days a week. .

We’re looking for someone to join us for an initial six-month stay, with the possibility of extending.
