Peckham townhouse w/ large bedroom & private bath

Hi everyone,

My name is Selina Jones - I’m a multi hyphenate creative (acting, writing, dance, singing, etc) who is looking for a replacement to take over her tenancy (from the 30th Nov - 6th Feb, you can renew for the next year if you wish) in a gorgeous Peckham townhouse 5 mins away from Queens Road Peckham

THE ROOM: The room is the slightly smaller one but you will have the bigger and private bathroom. There is a large window that lets in great light, directly opposite neighbours but no one is really a peeper like that. Furniture is up for discussion but the bed and both mirrors are leaving with me

THE HOUSE: Communal areas - large, open plan eat in kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with smart tv and balcony, smokers welcome, no smoking inside. There is also a private residents garden

AMENITIES: There is a Sainsbury’s local a 30 second walk away, big Morrisons a 8 min walk away and Peckham rye with all the other shops you need about 10 mins walk. Burgess park 10 mins away and peckham has some really cool stuff happening every day of the week in like Orijam open mic session on a Tuesday at Jumbi, Friday nights at prince of Peckham, etc. Bus stop 30 seconds away from the house that go into central london and through south

ROOMMATE: You’ll be with my roommate Holly Adomah, lovely woman with a great energy, we enjoy talking about music and tv together, sometimes we’ll cook for one another or grab groceries for each other but respectful of each others space. Both in the theatre world as well, a good amount of mutuals and a gem of a babe.
