Lovely double room w bathroom in Peckham/Nunhead

Hi! We are looking for someone to move into our home. The room is a spacious double with a private bathroom, a window overlooking a small park, and wooden floors. Move-in date: the 25th of September, ideally. Couples welcomed.

The house

A lovely 19th-century house with converted flats between Peckham, New Cross and Nunhead, on a quiet residential road within walking distance from the bustle of Rye Lane, Nunhead Green, and Skehans. The flat is on the top floor, we have a big living room with windows overlooking a leafy, small green area, a fair-sized kitchen, parking space and two bathrooms (one of which would be yours). The flat also has a nice little corner on the stairs landing that we use as a reading nook and storage (it’s filled with boxes for now because of our flatmate’s move).

About us:

You’d be moving in with us – Bia, a 31 yo Brazilian working in the charity sector, and Hayden, a 27 yo British sociology master student and musician, both working from home. We are good friends and fairly sociable, respecting each other’s space while also enjoying one another’s company. Friends often come around for tea, and there is also the occasional birthday party, but the house is very chill overall. We enjoy music, walks, and food together (B is a vegan, Hayden is not, but we make that work). The house has a cleaning rota: we like to keep things neat.

We are looking for someone of a similar age and profile – chilled disposition, organised, and fairly sociable. We welcome couples - in this case, bills will be split by the number of people.
