It's a top floor flat in a quiet, green neighbourhood in South London. It's a massive, airy room with more than enough space to work from home. You'll be living with two lovely, friendly and considerate women✨

Price:
£865.00 per month (excluding bills) which come to about £100-150 depending on the season. This also includes communal items that we buy (milk, loo roll, cleaning bits, tea, house outings etc)

- Shared bathroom (with one other person)
- Communal area is a huge loft space with open plan kitchen, living room and dining room
- Option of part furnished/unfurnished (bed/clothes rail already included if you want) but can sell on furniture if you need (e. g. desk, chair, bedside tables). Rest of flat is furnished

About the area:
- Quiet area, less than five minute walk to various green spaces including Peckham Rye and Nunhead Cemetery (a beautiful quiet woodland oasis)
- Next to Ivy House pub (a local gem) as well as Waverley Arms
- Short walk to cafe's, little supermarkets etc.

About your housemates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with two friendly, down to earth housemates, Bella and Megan. We all really enjoy spending time together (often doing 'house nights' in the pub or restaurants) but also have a very chill home, whilst respecting each others space and cleanliness. Bella works for a University, whilst Megan works for a Service Design Lab.
